Enough is Enough

PROBLEM

Entrepreneurs and independent professionals work all day and
still wind up feeling guilty when they knock off for the night.
There are always 83 other things that need to be done.
They feel conflicted when they do anything other than work.

SOLUTION

Each morning make a written list of what you commit to
getting done before your workday ends.
Be realistic.  Don't take on more than
you can reasonably complete.

Once you have completed the work on your list,
you have officially done "ENOUGH".

Congratulations!  'Enough' means that you have
accomplished your goals for the day and
can now give your attention to other things, guilt-free,

TRY IT!
